I had the privilege to join The Villages golf management team in October of 2013. Prior to my arrival, I worked in the golf, sports complex and retail facility management industry. Relocating to The Villages from the Boothbay Harbor Golf Club on the Downeast coast of Maine, I also spent numerous years as a golf professional at various Marriott Hotel golf resort properties throughout the country, managed a year round ice arena and worked for the leading outdoor sporting gear retailer, LL Bean. My wife Cherie and I have two children, Caitlin and Hunter. I enjoy golf, ice hockey and am an avid outdoorsman with a passion for upland hunting and extended backcountry hiking trips. As the head golf professional at Tierra Del Sol, Hacienda Hills and Orange Blossom Hills, I look forward to serving you at these locations and welcome you to stop in and say hello anytime.

James Rogowski Golf Staff Lead

Hometown:  Toledo, Ohio

Jim and his wife Kathy moved to The Villages in 2000. They have three married sons; two with undergraduate degrees and one with a master�s degree. Each have families of their own and have blessed us with four granddaughters and one grandson. One lives in Toledo, Ohio, one lives in Hilliard, Ohio and one lives in Onsted, Michigan. Prior to retiring from the business world in 2000 Jim was a senior executive with thirty-five plus years� experience as a General Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Engineering, and Director of Manufacturing in Global Operations, Start-up Operations, and Manufacturing and Engineering Technology. He has extensive "global" experience in eight countries primarily in the United States, Japan, Canada, South America, and Europe. He is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations primarily the Marine Corps League in The Villages where he serves on the �Toys for Tots� committee and is a member or the Leadership Scholarship Award Committee.

Fred Goerisch Golf Staff Lead

I lived in Alaska for 35 years. I have two sons still living in Alaska, two sons in Reno and a daughter in Boise, Idaho. I retired from teaching science education, for 30 years, at the University level. My wife and I came to The Villages 5 years ago and have loved our lives here. I joined OBH in 2012 and really enjoy all the people who come to play.
